It is time to begin anew.
It is time for Between Books to rouse itself from its deathless slumber and return to the world transformed into Between Books 2.0.
It is taking longer than expected to find a new location. So Between Books 2.0 will return to the venerable bookselling tradition of selling books out of the “trunk” of a car (And the Internet) until we find a new space. In other words, let us know what you want and we will bring it to you. (Or make any necessary arrangements to get it to you.)
The website (www.betweenbooks.com ) is in the process of being revamped (also taking longer than expected) where we will be posting reviews, listings of new releases and solicitations both as well as on our Facebook page (Like us at https:/
As with most roads worth traveling this one has been filled with roadblocks. Because of those roadblocks we will be unable to offer the full range of products we were able to offer in the past. (For Now.)
So to start off we will be able to order and preorder Books, Graphic Novels, A limited selection of games, Manga, Anime (any DVDs) and CDs. Comics, more merchandise and more games will become available once the website has been revamped.
I will also be making regular pilgrimages to the Big Box of Books that now houses Between Books original inventory and return with back stock.
Orders can be placed by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Until we are back in a new location, we will be arranging book signings and other special events at local venues to help serve our community better.
This modest beginning is one part of what we are doing to return from the aether and back into to the real world
Thank you for your patience and we hope to see you soon.

Along with Bobby Singer, the brothers soon realize that a powerful Japanese demon is encouraging the chaos. But the demon has bigger plans and they are going to stop it.
Between Books is proud to host D.B.Jackson (David B. Coe) for a reading and signing of The Thieftaker.
THIEFTAKER by D.B. Jackson
Boston, 1765: Rumblings of rebellion echo through the narrow streets, leaving patriots, loyalists, and everyone in between anxious and uneasy. Between the riots in the streets and the plotting in the taverns, it is a dangerous time—especially for Ethan Kaille. Being a thieftaker in Boston means risking his life pursuing criminals, recovering stolen goods, and returning precious items to their rightful owners. Ethan’s line of work isn’t easy or safe for anyone—but for a conjurer with a checkered past, it’s especially dangerous.
More than a decade ago, he was convicted of mutiny on the high seas and exiled to a brutal labor gang in a distant colonial outpost. Battered by his servitude, his reputation irreparably stained, he has returned to Boston to seek redemption and to reclaim his birthright. But Sephira Pryce, a woman with friends in high places and the power to punish those who might threaten her business interests, has made it clear to him that she is Boston’s thieftaker, and it’s her mercy alone that allows him to use his conjuring skills to eke out a meager existence.
So when Ethan is offered a large sum to retrieve a broach won by the murdered daughter of a prominent Boston family, it’s an opportunity he can’t turn down, even if it means defying Pryce and her ruthless enforcers. But what seems at first like a heinous crime committed for mere financial gain proves to be far more. It is a small part of a conspiracy involving the much more deadly game of politics, in a city already inflamed by radicals like Samuel Adams and other colonial rabble-rousers.
Having already retrieved the poor girl’s broach, a sensible man would leave matters alone. But Ethan Kaille is not sensible. He has faced the pit and returned, and is now driven to follow the trail of wrongdoing wherever it may lead. But he has made a fatal miscalculation. He has stumbled on a conspiracy that cannot afford to be uncovered and has attracted the attention of someone…or something…so powerful that it will not allow him to turn back.
Unsure of whom he can trust, opposed by dark deadly magic, and caught in a simmering power struggle that might boil over at any moment, Ethan must find the girl’s killer. For what began as a job can now end only in death…

A sweeping, threaded narrative of the global phenomenon known as the Vampire Wars! Mankind is silently infected by a millennia-old bacteria unknowingly exhumed by a scientific expedition in Antarctica. Now, in some rare cases, a person’s so-called “junk DNA” becomes activated, and depending on their racial and ethnic heritage they begin to manifest one of the many diverse forms of the “others” that are the true basis for the legends of supernatural creatures. These aren’t your usual vampires and werewolves – it goes much deeper than that. Conceived by Jonathan Maberry, V Wars features stories from various “frontlines” as reported by such contributors as Nancy Holder, Yvonne Navarro, James A. Moore, Gregory Frost, John Everson, Keith R.A. DeCandido, and Scott Nicholson (as well as Maberry himself, of course). The result is a compelling series of tales that create a unique chronicle of mankind’s response to this sudden, hidden threat to humanity.

Book Launch Signing Party
Supernatural Night Terror
Twenty-nine years ago, Sam and Dean Winchester lost their mother to a mysterious and demonic supernatural force. In the years after, their father, John, taught them about the paranormal evil that lives in the dark corners and on the back roads of America… and he taught them how to kill it.
Alerted to strange happenings in Clayton Falls, Colorado, Bobby sends the boys to check it out. A speeding car with no driver, a homeless man pursued by a massive Gila monster, a little boy chased by uprooted trees—it all sounds like the stuff of nightmares. The brothers fight to survive a series of terrifying nighttimes, realizing that sometimes the nightmares don’t go away—even when you’re awake…
A brand-new Supernatural novel set amidst the turmoil of season 6, that reveals a previously unseen adventure for the Winchester brothers, from the hit CW series!
